What You’ll Do:
- Provide personal care and emotional support to individuals in their homes or supported living environments
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, and companionship
- Support individuals with specialised needs in maintaining independence and dignity
- Follow care plans and report any changes in wellbeing to the care management team
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine passion for helping others
- Excellent communication and reliability
- Experience in care (preferred, but not essential – full training provided)
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this)
