Key Responsibilities:
- Support people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, or complex needs
- Assist with day-to-day tasks like personal care, meal prep, medication, and appointments
- Encourage life skills, hobbies, and community activities
- Work as part of a team to provide consistent, person-centred care
- Ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of those in your care
We’re Looking For:
- A caring, empathetic, and reliable individual
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Experience in care or support roles (beneficial but not essential – full training provided)
- A willingness to learn and grow in a rewarding career
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- An enhanced DBS check (we’ll guide you through the process)
