Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, or complex needs
- Encouraging independence with daily living skills, community engagement, and personal development
- Assisting with routines such as personal care, meal preparation, medication, and leisure activities
- Building trusted relationships that enhance quality of life and promote wellbeing
- Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and the Scope Care team
What You’ll Need:
- A kind, respectful, and supportive attitude
- Great communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Some experience in a care or support setting (preferred but not essential – we provide full training)
- A full UK driving licence (preferred for some roles)
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (we can help you obtain this)
